Taking a personality test and finding out your type is not only fun to learn about yourself and to be the best version of you but knowing your personality type can also be very beneficial for you in your business. The test is often used by business owners to assess new hires or those on their team already to perfectly fit the candidate into the right role. It’s great for team leaders to know how they can empower others to help them to succeed in their role in your business. This can be extremely beneficial in the coaching, consulting, and most service provider industries.
To be a great business owner you need to be an expert in one specific niche, not generalized. Generalized can sound like this for example, “I help entrepreneurs grow their business” or “I help women live the life of their dreams”. These are too broad.
