Senior positions fall under executive-level roles, with a company's central command. It's a perfect business architecture to grow and scale if the executives know their roles and responsibilities. An executive oversees directing, planning, and coordinating operational activities for their organization or firm. And are developing policies and strategies to achieve company objectives.
Example: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
A firm's chief executive officer (CEO) commands to make and lead decisions. They amass funding to sustain the company and put operational and structural changes that impact the company's success.
Executive-level roles
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
The chief marketing officer (CMO) supervises marketing strategies, budget for marketing and oversees the company's comprehensive marketing department. CMOs oversees planning, creating, implementing, and evaluating a company's marketing plan.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The chief technology officer (CTO) is in command of the company's machining processes. They incorporate new technological trends and verify the technologies to meet their company's needs.
A chief technology officer (CTO) monitors, emergence and spread of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help the company improve and grow.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The company's operations are overseen by a chief operating officer (COO). They plan and put business operations, create rules that support its culture and vision, and supervise its operations and executives' work. This function might be delegated to the general manager in smaller companies, akin to a COO. These top-level corporate positions guarantee that procedures function. And they supervise many departments to ensure that people are doing their jobs and on schedule.
Executive assistants
An executive assistant report and assists with many of the CEO's administrative duties. Businesses usually hire an executive assistant to organize and manage the CEO's appointments, plans, and engagements.
Finally, the essence of leaders can take on diverse forms, yet the end goals are to grow and scale-up. Leadership is meaningless if it does not provide a systems-based strategic plan. And the administration would be helpless without leadership's work as the foundation of ideas.
