In that time, he became familiar with what’s important in operating a successful operation in terms of Driving Revenue, Operational Efficiencies, Marketing, Business Procedures and ROI.

With his strengths in Revenue Strategy, Operational Implementation, Business Procedures and Financials, Michael has taken his experience and harnessed this passion to help other business owners and leaders to reach similar heights and beyond. Michael is married to his wonderful wife Carrie and is a proud father to three children. Michael and his family reside just outside the stunning Flint Hills in Derby, Kansas.
