Dr. Ducharme a retired pro athlete went from inspiring her team and her fans to empowering and supporting people in their endeavors and dreams. Since earning her MBA and Doctorate degrees in business and organizational leadership, Dr. Julie has become a 5x national bestselling author, recognized by INC magazine, hosts a podcast, numerous TV appearances with CBS, ABC, and Fox, a professional public speaker, and a serial entrepreneur. Her most recent book Authentically You Empowering your way to success is changing the way women approach their lives. Dr, Ducharme's book was listed at top 60 books on leadership written by women by INC. 

Dr. Ducharme is the owner and creator of Lead and Empower Her She talks a speaking platform that has taken the nation by story in opening up opportunities for women to tell their story. She is the creator of Julie's Party People, JD Consulting Solutions, Synergy Learning Institute and Taylor Elite Sports.  She is currently working with Leigh Steinberg (the real Jerry McGuire) to build out Steinberg Sports academy in Mesa AZ as their Chief academic officer. She believes its time for our education system to be disrupted and change the way we are educating our children.
