Shelby Jo Long

Shelby is a 4x bestselling author, speaker, professor and business strategist that helps businesses grow their brand by developing custom programs and courses. The transformation of unique ideas & approaches that experts have developed in their lines of work into a program or course so they can scale their operations. She is CEO of her own business, Business Dynamics, CEO of Rogue Publishing Partners, and Senior Vice President and Director in the Strategic Advisor Board.

Shelby’s professional background includes 17 years as a Business Communication professor and Intercollegiate debate coach at a college in Montana. In Shelby’s business coaching and consulting work, she has done business culture and communication training at state and private organizations. She has also been invited to speak at women’s conferences, chamber events and real estate conferences about leadership, organizational culture, and branding. Her communication and advocacy backdrop gives a unique perspective in how a business communicates their message to their audience.

Shelby and her husband Tony, and children Ava & Emmett, live in Billings, Montana. The family loves spending time outdoors and visiting their family in Missoula and central Idaho. Her book, I See Your Genius: Transform your Idea into Income, was published in the summer of 2022.
