    Kara is an accomplished business leader who joined the Strategic Advisor Board as the Managing Partner of the Caribbean and Oceanic region in 2021. Prior to joining the Strategic Advisor Board, she founded Pursue and Thrive Business Coaching, where she served as the CEO and helped coaches and CEOs from a diverse range of industries grow and scale their businesses.


    Kara's expertise is backed by her extensive education, including training from Harvard in productivity, goal setting, and time management. She is also an international bestselling author and a member of prestigious organizations like the Bellwether Alliance and the American Club Association.
